Trusted Warehouse Automation Solutions
Built For Mission Critical Operations

RAMS helps warehouses and 3PLs improve throughput, visibility, and uptime with automation designed around real-world operational demands.

Automated trailer loading and unloading, two ways

Both load and unload standard, unmodified trailers through standard dock doors. One machine moves the whole load in a single stroke. One fleet of autonomous forklifts does it pallet by pallet, then runs the rest of your floor.

Q-Loader: a full trailer in five minutes

One operator supervises while the Q-Loader loads or unloads the entire trailer in a single movement. Built for docks where trucks per hour is the number that matters.

VisionNav: autonomous forklifts on the same dock

The forklifts drive every pallet in and out themselves. No dock retrofit, no fixed installation, and the same fleet runs transport, stacking and rack storage across the building. This is the route most of our customers take, because it deploys on the RaaS program: a monthly fee engineered below the labor it replaces, with nothing due until the fleet performs.

VisionNav RoboticsRaaS FLEET PARTNER

Start with Zero Payment Risk

Robots-as-a-Service is the cheaper way to automate: one monthly fee engineered below the payroll it replaces, and payment begins only after the fleet reaches the agreed operating threshold. We carry fleet ownership and full lifecycle responsibility, so deployment risk stays with us instead of your P&L.

Payment begins after threshold

No payments until the system performs to the agreed operating spec. You commit no capital to prove it out.

Cheaper than the labor it replaces

The monthly fee is engineered below the fully-burdened payroll line it removes, so savings start month one.

One fee includes everything

Equipment, guaranteed maintenance, parts, service and software in one program line item. No surprise capex.

Pharma manufacturing & distribution: 23 robots

One RaaS program at a Fortune 500 pharma operation replaced repetitive pallet-handling roles carrying a $1.43M annual labour burden and 40% turnover. No capital expenditure, savings from day one.

$1.43MAnnual labour burden

32%Payroll savings, day one

The monthly program fee of $81,342 replaced a payroll line of roughly $119,000 a month. The $453,900 net annual savings is after guaranteed maintenance, and excludes wage inflation, turnover replacement and the recruiting treadmill. The 32% payroll reduction lands in month one. Six numbers and you have a price.

The same program behind the pharma numbers above. Every field feeds the throughput model, and the output is a monthly program figure for your cost-to-serve model, with no capital request attached. Your figure follows complete project data and technical review.

Four systems, one accountable integrator

We specify, integrate and support each system under one contract. WMS, MES and ERP integration is standard on every program.

The number that clears the CFO

The monthly figure follows complete project data and technical review: a program fee that drops straight into your cost-to-serve model, not a capital request. We build the site survey and throughput model at our cost before you commit.

Finance briefing

The finance case for automated trailer loading

A written brief covering the three things CFOs ask first:

  • Capital structure comparison: RaaS vs. ownership vs. lease
  • Labour displacement maths: how the fee lands below the payroll line it replaces
  • OpEx treatment: P&L, balance sheet and tax implications

No marketing. No follow-up calls unless you ask. One document.

Thirty minutes with an engineer.

Five fields, then a live calendar. You leave the call knowing which system fits your dock, what it runs monthly, and what data closes your figure.
